The new architectural landmark on the outskirts of town: a 60-meter-tall, 21-story high-rise that stands out for its striking presence and clear identification as a landmark in the eastern part of the lot.

Thanks to its strategic placement, the building opens onto a spacious park facing east. The main entrance from “Am Stadtrand” street is complemented by a welcoming invitation to pedestrians and non-motorized traffic to reach the high-rise via Chästrägerweg through the idyllic park. Its location, closer to the street than the neighboring “Sorrento,” gives the commercial spaces on the ground floor outstanding visibility and makes them an attractive location for shops and services.

At the heart of the new high-rise project, a magnificent park flourishes, skillfully divided into lively and quiet zones. Pergolas here invite visitors to linger, offering pleasant shade and protection from prying eyes above. The high-rise’s façade itself pays homage to the theme of “weaving and interweaving.” It combines vertical structures with horizontal elements that elegantly intertwine. The entrance area stands out for its unusual choice of materials and two-story architecture, transforming the foyer into an inviting place to linger. The apartments in the high-rise offer ideal living spaces, especially for families. The family apartments on the lower floors, in particular, benefit from direct access to the spacious outdoor area, combining city living with a touch of nature.
