«Perron Vert» residential, office, commercial space
Following the cessation of the Thurella Group’s operational activities in Egnach, the former juice bottling site is about to be given a new purpose. A new village centre is being created here, integrating both residential and commercial use.
Thurella Immobilien AG is collaborating with Mettler Entwickler AG on this project. The rezoning from commercial to downtown land use was approved at a special town meeting in November 2018, and the design plan received final approval in December 2021.
The project involves the development of 161 apartments, ranging from 1 to 5½ rooms. In the first phase, 72 apartments will be built in the western section. The second phase will include 89 apartments with commercial use as well as a 56-bed nursing center. Special attention is being given to the publicly accessible central zone, which will feature a tree-lined plaza, a gathering area, and parking facilities. Two of the eight planned new buildings will be sold as condominiums and will offer a total of 33 apartments with floor plans ranging from 2½ to 5½ rooms.
