Mettler Entwickler AG carried out the study contract for RIETER Maschinenfabrik AG, which involved the construction of a modern, functional and economically efficient headquarters at the Winterthur site.
With its exacting standards for efficiency and quality, which are reflected in its own products, RIETER determined cost-effectiveness to be a decisive requirement for the operation of the new building. This and the other high requirements for the future use of the building were taken into account when developing the site. The successful design by BDE Architekten GmbH formed the basis for the detailed preliminary and construction project planning. In its role as project developer and general planner, Mettler Entwickler AG supervised the implementation phase to ensure compliance with RIETER’s high standards.
This flagship project not only reflects RIETER’s leading position in the field of spinning technology, but is also integrated – both logistically and from a transportation point of view – into a high-quality open space design in a way that makes perfect sense.
